Tony Gray – Director of Ranch Operations

“I’ve spent over 50 years in rodeo learning and sharing lessons about life and character that were built from the time I was a kid riding saddle-bronc to a team roping career I maintained after cancer survival. I believe that God’s purpose for my life now is to expand the reach of the legacies in the rodeo community and life application of ranch living.”

Brandy Gray – Director of Strategic Planning

“Though my Rodeo Queen crown and buckles have some dust on them, I can now pay forward the joy I gained from my experiences showing horses, running barrels and roping. My role with 4:13 is creating the program material, event planning and organizing the stay of our guests so that they can feel welcome to the ranch, renewed in their faith, inspired by the speakers empowered by the activities and then pay forward what they learned to others.”

Mike Wendlandt – Director of Ministry and Development

“In addition to being an ordained chaplain with Cowboys for Christ, I have spent 30 years as a financial advisor and wealth manager specializing in helping clients build true wealth through successful financial stewardship. Now my calling is to deliver the sense of hope and prosperity to as many children, women and men in need of the realization that they are loved, cherished and have a God given right to live a life of success. As a member of the team at the 4:13 Ranch, it is my sincere desire to deliver an experiential learning experience which helps to encourage and change lives.”

Jason Kyser – Director of Training

“As a business owner alongside a 20 year rodeo career, I feel compelled to contribute to today’s youth in a way that furthers an awareness and appreciation for western culture. At 4:13, my goal is to help others to see clarity in God’s plan.”
